This month we're introducing 'THE LITTLE SMOKEHOUSE' and are delighted to welcome Keith (and possibly Linda) Meredith who are based near Wellingborough.
For some years now Keith has smoked cheese and cured and smoked bacon, just for home consumption. He started by experimenting with different sawdusts and smoking times, which resulted in a range of apple smoked cheeses. These were received very enthusiastically by both family and friends! He then became more adventurious and experimental, so when he was made redundant, Keith decided to turn his passion into a small artisan business. Hence the birth of 'The Little Smokehouse'.
He now produces a variety of cheeses and also a good selection of other products. He attends various markets and you'll find him out and about at food festivals.
