Ride and Stride

Bored of walking through the same fields? Fed up with cycling along the same lanes? Looking for a reason to get up and go out? Why not try visiting a few local (or not so local) churches? Even if you can't go inside, and a lot of churches are not open this year, you can admire an historic building, probably in beautiful surroundings. The Northamptonshire Historic Churches Trust Sponsored Ride and Stride is going ahead on 12th September and St Martin's church is once again taking part between 10:00am and 6pm but there is nothing to stop anyone riding or walking around on a different date.
Individuals and groups of friends plan their own route where and when they please during the day, walking, cycling, horse riding, etc. visiting whichever churches they choose. Sponsor money collected is split 50:50 between the NHCT and the church chosen by the participant.
Money raised for St Martin's will be used by the Fabric Trust on the church building.
