Ride and Stride

If you fancy walking or cycling, visiting some local or not so local churches, why not take part in the Northamptonshire Historic Churches Trust Sponsored Ride and Stride. St Martin's church is once again taking part between 10:00am and 6pm as are many other churches in most counties in the country.
Individuals and groups of friends plan their own route where and when they please during the day, walking, cycling, horse riding, etc. visiting whichever churches they choose. Sponsor money collected is split 50:50 between the NHCT and the church chosen by the participant.
Money raised for St Martin's will be used by the PCC as they think fit.
I am planning to have a rota of people each spending an hour in St Martin's on the 10th September to welcome visiting walkers and cyclists from other churches and to dispense squash and biscuits. Please let me know if you would like to be one of these, first come get choice of time.
